Returning to one of my favorite cities this year to a show that I first heard about as a student at Mass Art. It will be my first time there as a solo exhibitor.
Comprised of over 175 artists, CraftBoston Holiday is a highly regarded, must-attend event for artists, collectors, and craft enthusiasts. Come for the day to shop for unique, one-of-a-kind gifts, meet and support the makers, and learn about fine contemporary craft.

We shut ourselves up, away from the world to practice long and hard. Discovering the rightness through the most natural processes of growth. Pouring forth light, line, color, and complexity of simplicity. The layers give way to the remains of leftover space. Blood flows from the old and into the new breathing life of creation. All is connected.

Every other winter, the Society of Arts and Crafts brings together talented makers for an exhibition and sale of studio jewelry. From Minimal to Bling, now it's its fifth season, presents the various trends, materials, and processes in contemporary jewelry. Each artist brings their own aesthetics and expertise to drafting table, and the result are stunning forms for the body — brooches, necklaces, earrings and beyond.
